Standard Delivery times
Residential deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, by Australia Post. Delivery time will vary depending on your location. As a general guide, please allow 2–5 business days once your parcel has left our warehouse.
Delivery Policy
Orders can be sent to street addresses or post office boxes. At this time, we only ship within Australia, although we hope to start shipping to NZ soon!
Delivery Acceptance
The courier driver will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is home at time of delivery, the package will be re-directed to your nearest post office for collection. Photo ID will be required when collecting from the post office. Once your parcel has been signed for, you will be responsible for any damage or loss to your items.

If you have not received your parcel within 10 working days from the date of purchase, please get in touch with us via eBay messages (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm).
Change of mind returns: If you have changed your mind and wish to return a recently purchased item, we are happy to accept it back and refund your payment, provided you contact us within 7 days of purchase and that the item is returned to us in the original sealed packaging. Unfortunately software products are not eligible under change of mind.

Please be aware that data (including, but not limited to, images, music and video) may be lost during the repair process of electrical and electronic products. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all personal data is deleted before returning to us.
Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair goods.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
