• Given its age this 28 page booklet has held together extremely well. The topic may not be unique but the subject of Eno's Fruit Salt given that it was founded in 1868 makes it quite unique and rare.  Any type of association with the monarchy is good marketing, but the fact that Enos "Fruit Salt" works...Makes it that much better!

Shipping

• Economy Shipping to Canada is $1.75 and to the USA it is $2.25. For combined shipping please add an additional $.50 for each additional item to cover the extra handling and potential higher cost due to the extra weight. Shipping is via Canada Post Lettermail service or Canada Post USA Letter-post. For such service tracking or insurance cannot be provided. If tracking and insurance is required,  AND FOR ALL ORDERS OVER $100.00 the item(s) will be shipped via Canada Post Regular Parcel service within Canada and Tracked Packet Service to the USA. The Shipping and Handling fee for this will be $14.95 and $16.95 respectively, or HIGHER depending on the weight.  
• For Combined Shipping, the item with the highest shipping cost of the combined items will be the base shipping cost.
• The utmost care will be taken in packaging your item(s). Will ship within 1 business day from receipt of payment. 
• If you would like to continue bidding kindly let me know. Once you are finished, please ask for the combined S&H invoice.
• For buyers with a Canadian shipping address, eBay will be collecting and remitting the applicable GST/HST based on the total price.
• USA orders are subject to the receiving country’s import fees, duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees. They are NOT included in the sale price of the item nor in the shipping and handling charges. Packages are marked with the value of the item as paid by the customer in legal accordance with international postal regulations. We will not mark packages as a gift.
