According to the typology of the tool and the weathering of the material, this piece dates back to the second half of the Mousterian period, up to Upper Paleolithic. 

Tool: nice Mousterian scraper / Blade made on flake by our ancestor Homo Neanderthalensis. 
Marks of use / tiny retouches all around the active sharp parts. Very beautiful material!
