Challenge coin designed for the August 2016 decommissioning of the USS Houston (SSN713). This is a 3 inch coin, it is not really designed for pocket carry, but for display. Comes in a protective hard plastic case. There are plenty of Houston coins available but this is the only decommissioning coin in existence.
