VLIESELINE IRON CLEANING STICK

If your iron is burnt or has black marks on the ironing plate use this inexpensive cleaning stick to return it to as good as new!

To use. Turn the iron onto the warm setting and leave to heat for about 2 minutes.

Lightly rub the iron plate with the iron cleaning stick and rub off immediately with a clean dry cloth.

Clean the steam vents with a couple of quick blasts and wipe off once more with your cloth.

Do not inhale any fumes and only use with a warm iron.

Note. The Vilene ironing cleaning stick can be used with most irons but it is not recommended for use with non-stick irons

Freepost options will usually be via Royal Mail 48 or Hermes 2nd class. please note these are 2nd class services and can take longer than quoted by ebay & the couriers.

We aim to dispatch Daily On occasion this is not possible and so we have a 2 day dispatch period for all orders.

Being a fast paced Retail industry in the event an item is sold out/ damaged etc we will alert the customer as soon as possible.

My item has not arrived..

Firstly track the order using the online option to see if the courier has attempted to deliver yet. you may need to rebook the delivery if you missed them first time round.

Secondly, please check with neighbours or other tenants to ensure they have not taken the parcel in for you..

Thirdly, check safe places (yes even the dustbin as we found out the hard way!)

Fourthly, speak with the postman

Finally, once all the above have been attempted, drop us a message and we will do our best to assist :)

Vat - We are a uk registered vat company, all sales will have 20% vat included into the final price.

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with the item or have changed your mind or no longer need the item, the item can be refunded for a full refund (minus postage and packaging charges) the item must be returned unused in the original packaging.

If an incorrect item is received, we are only human and we do make mistakes but we will always resolve these issues. kindly attach a clear image of the wrong item and drop us a message we will respond with a solution.

Please message us before opening any cases with Ebay.

Return postage is paid by the buyer as per ebays policy.

Cancellations

If you have just made an order and have changed your mind we will always do our best to cancel the order, however sometimes we are too fast for our own good and the item may already be dispatched. in this case we would need the item returned before the refund is issued. you can do this by rejecting the delivery and handing it back to the postman as return to sender.
