Hello, for sale is a nice antique late 19th c. French 18K Gold & egg yolk amber cigarette/cigar holder w/ original case.  Case has makers name on inside of the compartment lid that reads J Sommer Medailles d'or Paris and dates read 1878, 1889. It does have gold markings on the tip /hardly readable/. Also tested to confirm gold purity.

Condition: very good, traces of use to the mouthpiece end. Please, be sure to view all photos  carefully as they are included as part of the item description.
