Mailed from Guthrie, OT (Oklahoma Territory), franked with two one cent stamps from the Louisiana Purchase Exposition Issue, Scott No. 323 (bottom stamp is damaged), and addressed to New York where it picked up a nice "Received" July 9, 1904 and boxed "MAIL DELAYED/IN ARRIVAL/4 HOURS" International machine marking on the reverse.
