3 WCTU related images, 2 are postcards and 1 is non-postcard back card, all referencing FRANCIS WILLARD.  The postcards shows her statue in the National Statuary Hall in the Capitol Washington D.C. that was selected to represent the State of Illinois, and a plaque installed in Indianapolis Indiana in 1929.  They appear to be divided back era but are newer, est. 1935-60, printed about 1/4 inch narrow.  The card is standard postcard size but does not have a postcard back, it shows a plaque installed in New York in 1932 to honor Willard as Preceptress 1866-1867.  Using my little grey cells, I believe this is Syracuse New York where she taught at Genesee Wesleyan Seminary which is now named Syracuse University.  Card's age is est. 1935-1960.  Condition of postcards is very good+ near excellent, and condition of the card is very good with small corner tip bend bottom right.. Condition is always a subjective determination, so please review the scans and make your own judgement as to condition.

According to Wikipedia, the Woman’s Christian Temperance Union WCTU was organized December 23, 1873 in Hillsboro Ohio for the purpose of creating a sober and pure world through abstinence from alcohol, purity and evangelical Christianity.  Its first President was Annie Wittenmyer. The organization expanded its efforts, including political participation (remember women could not vote at this time) under its second President Frances Willard who served from 1879 until her death in 1898.  The WCTU remains active to this day, albeit much smaller in membership from its early 1900 to 1960 level.
