VICTORIAN STYLE COILED SNAKE RING

This fabulous Victorian-inspired serpent ring depicts a coiled snake chased with detailed scale engraving and sits flat against the finger with its slithering tail pointing down the finger.

Serpent rings became popular in the Victorian era, after Prince Albert gifted the young Queen Victoria with a serpent ring during their courtship. The snake came to symbolise an enduring love and friendship with its coiled shape representing eternity.

The ring is fashioned in silver and gilded in a bright 18ct yellow gold. It would make a wonderful gift for a loved one.
