According to the typology of the tool and the weathering of the material, this piece dates back to the second half of the Mousterian period, up to Upper Paleolithic. 

Tool: very nice Mousterian Point. Multitask tool (side scraper, end scraper, Burin, blade...) 

Marks of use / tiny retouches all around the active parts
