According to the context, the typology of the tool and the weathering of the material, this artifact may date back to the end of the Acheulean culture. 

Artifact: large Handaxe, very nice shape, looking like La Micoque ones! 
Marks of use and retouches on the active side (used as backed scraper mainly) .
Very nice patina of the material.
