Pre-owned, New Old Stock, not "used", dirt and shelf wear, cover has bends, bowing, papers are curved as well over time - as seen in the photo.
Envelopes and paper are all discolored on, and on the edges, to different degrees.
There is some deterioration on the envelopes, some are sticking together. The "darkest" discoloration is from being against the cardboard for decades. All 24 papers and envelopes are included.
