Antique Large Format Wooden Box Expander Camera Contact Printer Box.

This came out of a old movie warehouse in Brooklyn NY.

This developing camera box was used by some of the movie making elite back in the day.

This is a contact printer. A negative ,either plate or film, would be placed on the glass. Then under dark room red lighting a piece of photographic paper would be placed on top of the negative. The lid would then be closed and the lever pressed down to make sure that there is tight contact. The white lights are then switched on to make the exposure. After that the paper is processed .
