This spacious two bedroom villa measures approximately 1004 square feet. You will enjoy a queen-size bed in the master bedroom, one full bed or two twin size beds in the guest bedroom, one full bath, a fully equipped kitchen and a queen-size sleeper sofa. Additional features include a fireplace and a deck.

Credit Card Information will be collected at Check-In by the resort for a refundable security deposit hold.
The resort collects a service fee of 7.75 U.S. dollars plus tax, per bedroom/per night at check-in. This fee is additional and is not included in the eBay price. Cash or Credit is accepted.

Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the purchase date, after which time these units are non-changeable and non-refundable. During those 30 days there is a $75 restocking fee if the unit is returned. For units already within 30 days of arrival or for units whose dates have already passed, there are no changes and no refunds. There is a $75 restocking fee for any unit where payment has already been received. Date changes are generally not accepted or available.
