So I'm the second owner of this boat .I purchased it from an insurance company ,It was in a storm and had a broken mast and deep scratches on the hull .I Replaced the mast with a US spars exact replacement ,I had the gelcoat redone in the blue and red scheme and I replaced all of the side metal trim .Other things that have been done to the boat is all new rigging ,An RV type inverter ,a GPS unit ,new porcelain toilet ,new water cooled air-condition unit (please see the note at the end about those ) .I also replaced the cockpit floor that I guess rotted out .

The boat includes the main sail and jib ,in basically new condition and also a north sails G-0 gennaker that I have never used .Its also like new ,they all come with custom made covers as well .There are also sail bags for the rigging .

The Trailer includes a mast raising system that I made using a winch and a stainless custom made gin pole,It comes with a remote for up and down .Rigging this boat is a one man job ! .I searched years for the absolute perfect for me trailer sailor ,and after going through a few others ,Catalinas, MacGregors a Potter and a different seaward .This one has been hands down the best .The Trailer also has brakes and an extension which I've never had to use .I pull the boat with an RV or my Honda Ridgeline with no issues at all .

The boat will also come with a Bimini and a cockpit cover ,all new I've never used them .They also have custom bags (Now pictures  ) .It will also come with the required life vests and all matching bumpers with all the ropes needed to moor .Oh and also a Stainless anchor with chain and lead rope .All the winch handles are included as well !You really wont need anything but some wind .

The engine is a yanmar 1 GM 10 .I cant find an hour meter on it ,but its very low .I basically only have used it to get from the dock to the trailer .I have changed the oil and filter every year .I do have the manual on it as well as paperwork on the AC unit as well as all the original paperwork from Hake .

The electronics include a B and G Zeus 2 Chart plotter with onboard NMEA 2 .There is also an Autohelm st 4000 autopilot with a brand new belt installed .There is also a TV with built in disc and stereo unit .

With any awesome deal there is some bad ,So I will go through that as well .Ok first My reason for selling .If you will notice ,I haven't even painted the bottom because I don't get to use the boat enough .I also don't get around as well as I used to .That AC and Toilet I mentioned .Well they are new but the holding tank needs to be installed for the toilet and the new macerator pump I also have for it ,I have the hose .Its just not installed .The AC is installed all except the water inlet line .I didn't want to drill a new hole in the bottom of the boat ,and was trying to figure a way to use the toilet inlet that's already there .

I'm also working on getting more pictures and show everything that's included .I just wanted to post this while I had the time !

UPDATE !! I got the holding tank installed with all new hoses and a new macerator .I did add a water proof toilet paper holder in the inner liner to help get to those hoses if they ever do need maintenance again .(posted a pic) .I also run the AC water inlet hose along with the toilet inlet using a one way valve to keep the ac from pulling the water out of the bowl .Keeps from having to add another hole in the hull .All hoses have been double clamped as well .

NOTE !! The Price !! - First where did I come up with this price ? Well right here on E bay .My intentions were to list it earlier before spring and at that time there was a similar one sell for 39 ,Mine is practically brand new ,Its sat under a cover most of its life in my yard ,One of the reasons for the sale .Anyway You cant go up in price ,but you can ALWAYS come down .My point on making this edit ? I am negotiable ,How much ? I cant say .This boat does not cost me anything ,and I do get to use it once a year ...lol .Now I certainly wont accept the same price as a same year boat that has been sitting in a Fla marina for 20 years .But again NO ,my price is NOT set in stone and this is NOT a perfect boat .If you have interest message me .Before I leave I want to make a point on the RK models, They ( in nice cond.) sell for around the same ,and WAY higher .Why even bring this up ,Mines not a RK .Yes I know ,I've had one and went back to the wing keel .In MY opinion the RK takes way too much room inside the cabin ,(now to be fair on that ,I am over 6 ft and Mine was an earlier model with the walls up front .)And they can and do have a tendency to stick ! and I prefer the closed transom .I Only sail on lakes however ,and I don't leave it in the water for long periods of time .I've NEVER had an issue with a boat ramp not being deep enough nor had any noticeable issues with drift .With that in mind I do want to toss in a reminder that the trailer IS extendable .I'm sure its like that for a reason ,I've just never had to use it .I Haul with either a Class C motorhome or a Honda Ridgeline and I have Never once had an issue with either .Anyway thank you for reading all of this ,I just wanted to let everyone know that my price is most certainly negotiable ,but im not giving it away or hurting in any way .Thank You Again !!
