Vintage Tip Top Cat's Eye Ponytail holders in blue and clear. These are two out of the 4 sets in the original packaging. Makes you want to get out and play double-dutch! Package is open on the side and has a hole in the front. I can't vouch for the elasticity after all these years but these are a super cool collectible.
