This is a vintage push bar 80's accessory, made from cold USA steel. 
Thick steel and TIG welded tabs. CHROME. 

The mounting tabs fit directly to the OEM mounting bolt locations for the front bumper.  Fits both XL and XLT (with rubber bumper strip pad) style front bumpers. 

NOTICE:  
This will fit Bullnose Ford trucks, but may be correct for IFS front suspension trucks, since the lower bumper mounts go under the bumper and bolt to the actual frame.  If you have a leaf spring truck, this MAY interfere with leaf spring travel.   As shown in picture... May or may not be an issue on fitment for you... PLEASE CHECK!!! 

Not bent in any way.  Just a little wear and age on the chrome. 
Very nice vintage accessory option look!!!!
