Standard Delivery times
Residential deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, by Australia Post. Delivery time will vary depending on your location. As a general guide, please allow 2–5 business days once your parcel has left our warehouse.

Delivery Policy
Orders can be sent to street addresses or post office boxes. At this time, we only ship within Australia, although we hope to start shipping to NZ soon!

Delivery Acceptance
The courier driver will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is home at time of delivery, the package will be re-directed to your nearest post office for collection. Photo ID will be required when collecting from the post office. Once your parcel has been signed for, you will be responsible for any damage or loss to your items.

If you have not received your parcel within 10 working days from the date of purchase, please get in touch with us via eBay messages (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm).

Change of mind returns: If you have changed your mind and wish to return a recently purchased item, we are happy to accept it back and refund your payment, provided you contact us within 7 days of purchase and that the item is returned to us in the original sealed packaging.
