CONDITION:  Vintage XCELITE 99-4-R Reversible Ratcheting T-Handle for 99 Series Bits/Blades

This is a Vintage XCELITE 99-4-R Reversible Ratcheting T-Handle for 99 Series Bits/Blades. Made in USA.  Part # 99-4-R.  T-Handle is in excellent condition but shows some very light scratches to the black handle drawer wear (see pic). "99-4-R" has scratch on plastic surface (see pic).  Ratcheting functions as expected in both forward and reverse (see pic).  NO previous owners marks or etchings.  NO bits included. Sold As-Is.
