Mercedes introduced the 500E, the top-of-the-line V8 version of the famous W124 300-class, for the 1992 model year. This rare brochure was not given out to dealers or customers and therefore was very rare.
The 500E is shown on the front cover pages in a red-metallic color.

The remained essentially unchanged until 1994. For the final year in 1994 it received a face-lift and the car was renamed E500 to adapt to Mercedes new nomenclature.
