This listing is for a Z Scale Z Gauge Märklin Train Set commissioned by the Märklin USA in commemoration of the Union Pacific Railroad established 1862.
One time production, no longer offered by Märklin. This set features one-off models of Mikado Steam locomotive in Union Pacific Livery and a red-livery Union Pacific caboose Märklin 88636 not sold separately. Other cars in the UP freight set include a Great Northern Gondola Märklin 88637, Continental Tank Car Märklin 88643 and a Chicago and Northwestern Boxcar Märklin 88638.
This set is presented in a fitted storage box, with individual Märklin locomotive box and freight car jewel boxes. Locomotive instructions included. The Locomotive has the 3-Pole motor.
Graded C-7 Excellent Condition. Unused condition, graded excellent due to dark spot on tank car as pictured. Locomotive is tested and working. Boxes have shelfwear. Please review the pictures as they are part of the description.
