ART NOUVEAU JARDINIERE

Elegant silver jardinière in an elliptical basic shape on four spherical feet, straight vertical wall with regular openings in the form of rhythmically offset, overlapping segmental arches, a relief decorative band above it and a straight edge, J-shaped handles applied on the outside in opposite lengths.
Matching glass insert with a serrated upper edge with stone decoration with cut stars on the upper edge that protrudes from the silver vessel, as well as a large cut bottom star.

 

ART NOUVEAU CENTERPIECE

Elegant silver jardinière with an elliptical base on four spherical feet, straight vertical wall with regular openings in the form of rhythmically staggered, intersecting segmental arches, a surrounding decorative relief band and straight rim, J-shaped handles applied lengthwise opposite each other on the outside .
Matching glass insert with a serrated upper edge with stone decoration with incised Stars on the upper rim protruding from the silver vessel and a large cut star on the base.

Century like Mautner Markhof, Kattus, Wittgenstein, Meinl, Manner, Piatnik, etc. Later, members of the imperial Sturm family also became customers (Archduke Eugen, Archduke Franz Salvator and Archduke Leopold Salvator). At the beginning of the 20th century, the company already employed a hundred people.
