A vintage copper printing block made in England. The exact age and maker is unknown. The subject matter and research suggests the block is made of copper and dates back to the mid-to-late 20th century. This block appears to be hand-made and is of basic, rudimentary construction. Fun Fact
In greek mythology the owl is a symbol of Athenea, Goddess for knowledge and wisdom, which is why it is often present on a mortarboard, graduation cap!
