Made by WMF (Wurttembergische Metallwarenfabrik) in Geislingen, Germany, ca. 1900.

Made of porcelain with a silver plated metal rim. it is decorated with Trout fish and aquatic river foliage, with the trout tails acting as feet in typical Jugendstil style.


Printed Backstamp "Musterschutz" (which literally means 'copyrighted' or 'registered design') and Impressed EPNS mark to rim, along with a letter "O" within a rhombus, indicative of extra thickness silver plating.
