About photos:
Our product photos are all taken from real objects, but due to the different lighting and wood grain of each guitar during shooting, there may be slight differences between the pictures and the actual objects. Please be aware of this.

About the product:
Before each guitar is shipped from the factory, we conduct quality tests (such as sound testing, buzzing, etc.) to ensure quality and condition. However, after receiving the guitar, you will need to readjust the strings (as it takes a long distance from China to your country). If there are any quality issues or dissatisfaction with the guitar after you receive it, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to solve the problem.

About customization:
We accept customized products. If you would like to customize a guitar, please contact me for specific product details. However, please note that all customized guitars are non returnable.

About transportation:
In the United States, we usually use FedEX and UPS for shipping, which will arrive within 1-2 weeks. For international transportation, we usually use China Post for shipping. We will provide a tracking number for you to easily view logistics information.

About  packaging:
We use safe foam boxes and cartons for packaging, which can ensure product safety in international transportation.

About tariffs:
The product price does not include tariffs. But we will take measures to make you pay as little or no tariffs as possible. If you do not want to pay tariffs and return the guitar to us, you will need to pay a shipping fee of $100.

About returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of sale. If you receive a defective product, please keep the defective item in its original condition, including packaging.
