We do our best to describe all panels accurately. Any significant signs of wear, tear, damage, dents or scratches will be noted on the listing and usually photographed. Please note however that these are clearly used items and may have minor blemishes not referred to. If you are unsure please call us and we can describe items in more detail. Items are sent via courier. In the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged please contact us via the above telephone numbers and we will be more than happy to help you.

Please assume all doors are sold bare unless otherwise stated. In most cases we will actually send the door complete but this is not always the case as a customer may purchase another item or we may need to take component parts out to make sure we canpost it as each door has to be under 30kg to be posted. If you need any parts other than the bare door casing please contact us and we can tell you what will be included and what won't, to avoid disappointment.

Any additional express postage selected (such as DPD Next Day or Parcelforce 24 hour options) would not be refunded in the event of the customer returning a correctly supplied item. Note: This does not apply to a faulty item return.
