Measures about 19-20" across the chest ( a tight 20"), 17" across the waist/chest belt area, 41" long. 

Beautiful. Could have very very light yellowing but not sure, see photos. Other than that it has a little line not really a run spot but just slight imperfection to the thread on the bow/ detachable train.
