I do combine shipping.  On all single pieces of jewelry it’s $4 for the first item, .50 for the second and any pieces past the first two will ship for free in ONE transaction.  You should be able to put the items in the cart and request an invoice if it doesn’t automatically do it.  I’ve been having some problems with getting it to automatically combine that way.
