You are looking at a Vintage Krementz Tie Bar Clip with glass Sapphire crystal. Tie Bar Clasp is in very good vintage condition. PLEASE REVIEW photo of the mounting of the glass Sapphire in a bezel setting at the front. There seems to be a small pocket/space. I can not explain if damage or part of the design.
