Injectors are tempremental even when purchased new but thats why i give a warranty

The injectors are held open at this pressure (i.e., static). It's called a “Dynamic (Pulsed) Flow Test when the injectors are run for 30 seconds at different duty cycles and pulsed at different pulse widths to see how well they work

Then the dirty injectors are externally cleaned, visually inspected, and numbered.

Leak testing is done.

The fuel injectors are then tested for inductance, shorts, and current draw.

Now spray pattern, and injector flow rate tests are performed and recorded.
