According to the weathering of the material and the typology of the tool, this piece seems to date back to the first half of the Mousterian period. 

Tool: very nice Mousterian blade on flake, made by our ancestor Neanderthal. Retouches and marks of use on the active sharp parts. Beautiful material!

This very nice piece is from an ancient collection. It has been found before the 1960's.
