Vintage Nicki Yassaman NYCO Hand Painted Cloisonné Bell Shaped Candle Snuffer Christmas Ornament.

Designed by the artist Nicki Yassaman for the NYCO Company,  made in the 1970s. Deck The Hall Collection. Each ornament was handmade, not mass produced. They are hand painted with enamel paint. Embellished with 24kt gold filigree wire.

They are cloisonné from China but are copper based and embellished with 24 kt gold plated filigree wiring.
