DELIVERIES:
We are in partnership with a third party courier who use a two person delivery service which is tracked throughout your delivery. Once you have placed an order we will book you in with our courier, once you order has been shipped you will receive tracking information via text. On the day of your delivery you will receive a tracking link just after 8am so you can track your driver. Your delivery team will bring your order inside your home (ground floor only covered using the free delivery option) There is an additional fee for property’s 1st floor or above, there is also an additional fee for requested dates or “special arrangements” Please enquire for more details)
We aim to deliver your furniture within 5 working days from the date of purchase, this varies depending on your location.

We stock original well known branded Furniture all our furniture is used, we give each piece of furniture a general vac and treat each leather piece with cleaner and feed
Our furniture is always in very good overall condition, we include close up photographs of any minor/major damage or malfunctions as well as including this in our description. We often replace fittings and fixtures for broken feet or wheels. We endeavour to fully describe all items we are selling to the best of our ability including any defects, marks, scratches, etc. Please be aware that all our items of furniture show small signs of wear which is normal and appropriate to its authenticity. Some items have had some minor restoration.

PAYMENTS
We accept paypal, paypal credit, card payments or bank transfer,
We will not dispatch furniture without receiving a full payment
We will not hold items for customers unless a deposit or full payment has been received, storage is free for the first 7 days from the date of purchase and then £5 pound per day to be paid in advance,
Businesses can be invoiced, as we can email one out to you, we can also send an invoice as a receipt if you are buying the piece of furniture for your personal use
Returns and Refunds
We are happy for you to return your item should you be unhappy with your purchase, you have 14days inc weekends from the date of purchase to return the item to us and you are responsible for arranging the delivery back to us as well as paying the charge to return the item back to us. Please bare this in mind when making your purchase and remember by making a purchase you are also agreeing to our terms and conditions.
We are happy for you to get in touch if you would like us to recollect the item the delivery charges will apply, the driver will check the item over at the property before loading should the item be damaged we will not accept the return. We will also appeal any case you wish to open via eBay as photos will be taken.
PLEASE NOTE: You will be refunded the amount paid for the original item minus the original delivery charge
Please enquire as to the charges before you make your purchase if you would like this information before you purchase your preloved furniture. A discounted return charge will be applied when you refuse delivery at the door rather than accepting delivery and us returning at a later date to collect.

Storage
We can store furniture, if you need it delivered at a later date of example moving home the charge will be £5 pound per day per piece with the first 7 days free, we count the seven days from the date of purchase
Cancellations - (Service Contract)
If you would like to cancel your order because you have changed your mind or for another valid reason, you have 14 days from the date of purchase including weekends to inform us of your cancellation. If your item has been dispatched you will be charged for the carriage charge of the courier to return the item back to us. If you item has had an attempted delivery you will also be charged for the transportation charge, Please feel to ask us what these charges are, we can issue an invoice if you haven't paid for your item, you can then pay the courier yourself or we can deduct it from your payment if you have already paid for your item. Both the dispatch charge and the attempted delivery charge still apply with our free delivery listing
