I think customer service is very important. I don't like talking to the 1-800 robots when I call a customer service number and I'm glad you don't have to when you need some info from my store. I will always try to get back to you within a short time period. I try to do the little stuff to improve the customer experience. I take extra care when packaging. I always put the size where it's easily visible in the title listing instead of at the very end, which forces you to click on the listing and give "more views" to the listing. No, I want you to be able to scroll easily and enjoyably through the store page. I always try to provide accurate measurements. I take pictures outside in natural daylight because I think it provides the best color and detail. I won't ever try to deceive a customer with the item condition, but if I missed something please don't hesitate to contact me.
