UNIQUE SG E-GUITAR inspired by FEAR AND LOATHING IN LAS VEGAS by HUNTER S. THOMPSON

I am getting rid of my guitars, because it has turned into a problem.

Neck :
Mahagony neck with bit of "Dragon Piss" wood stain and matte Tru-Oil finish
Fretboard is Pau Ferro with pearl block inlays with 23 frets
Frets are new - Jescar EVO Gold fretwire
Handmade bone nut from the local butcher

got the neck off of eBay, as it was once part of an old Epiphone (according to the seller).

Body :
Pawlonia built using an SG template couple of years ago.
I wanted to go for a heavily roadworn look. And that is why I dragged this guitar down the street. Hit it many times with a machete and threw the body out of a moving vehicle.

The art is from the book. Engraved and coloured with oil so that the black doesnt fade away.

All mechanical pars are Gotoh, and they offer no difference to the parts of a high-end instrument.

PU are Alnico Vs; I rewound them with AWG43 and lacquer insulated them. Lots of bite and punch, better on the low end, than on the treble, but still balanced.

There is no guitar like this one. This is unique, and work of a lot of love and hate. She looks, exactly as she should.

Truss rod cover needs to be made, at your wish, I could offer you a black one or a wooden one (Mahagoni, Maple or Walnut)
