Offered for sale is this nice 1983 non-philatelic cover from a man associated with the Naval Support for Antarctica mission.  It was addressed to a family member in Ridgecrest, California.  It is franked with a 20c bighorn sheep stamp and has a four bar U.S. Navy FPO 96692 MCM Antarctica. This will make a nice item for a collection of Antarctic and Naval postal history.
