According to the weathering of the material and the typology of the tool, this piece seems to date back to the second half of the Mousterian period. 

Artifact: nice little Mousterian scraper, knapped on flake by our ancestor Homo Neanderthalensis . Marks of use / tiny retouches on the active sides.
