Mike Grell....where to begin???? I was a little familiar with his Legion of Super-heroes work, and I heard of Warlord, but I was hooked by his work on Green Arrow: The Longbow Hunters. Wow...Mr. Grell is just awesome. No other way to put it. This book showed up in my Amazon recommendations, and I saw that it was one of his earlier independent comics works, so I preordered it. This book was way ahead of its time. Very interesting characters. Bad ass warriors, sexy women, outer space, barbarians... Go buy this book. I hope the rest of the series gets collected.
