This is a lot of two black & white photos (240mm x 190mm) of the US Navy Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) site at Clam Lake, Wisconsin, USA, dating from c. 1982.   This was designed to send signals to submerged submarines.  It operated from c. 1989-2004.

The first photo shows the building housing the transmitter and control room etc.   The second shows a wider view of the site, including parts of the two 14 mile long transmission line antennas running through the forest.

The photos are official US Navy images.  They are in fair condition with a few marks on the back.
