Our Modern Classics were designed to be the overwound alternative to your classic Alnico II sound. These pickups are particularly popular with boutique guitar maker's as it retains the signature hand wound response that you would expect on pickups from a boutique guitar.
Dubbed as our 'vintage-modern' set, you can expect nothing but versatility on all positions. From the smooth clean jazzy tones to the heaviest saturated distortion tones on the neck, to pure clarity, weight, power on the bridge, you won't be disappointed. The Modern Classics set was designed for the versatile guitar player in mind as it can give you a wide variety of tones based on your personal tastes.
String spacing: the neck is 50mm (1-31/32 inch), the bridge is 52mm (2-3/64 inch), mounting screw holes spacing: 78mm (3-5/64 inch). Resistance: 8K (neck) and 12.5K (bridge), tolerance: 0.5K; wiring: 4P Shield.
