As the top tank fills it flows down into the bottom tank. The breather hose makes sure the bottom tank does not become air locked and can fill completely. kit comes with a replacement 6" cap and all hoses. Will need a garden hose adapter kit (Sold separately) and 2 IBC Totes with metal pallets (Sold separately). The pallet on the top tote can not have a center leg, The cap on the bottom tote must have 2 inches of clearance from the top pallet. Color may vary.
