Bright blue body, green section & tassy and gold Trim.

A number of poionts:

(1) "Bass" is printed on the cap disc;

(2) there are a number of small scratches (pin head size) and ware under the clip arrowhead to the blue laquer;

(3) The green laquer is partly worn on a part of the rim of the section collar.           (All shown in the photos)
