You are looking at a Jeep Wrangler YJ OEM Frame Cover Part Number  8955050158 This is in good shape and was removed from a 95 we recently worked on. As you can see this has some wear from use, the two mounting holes on the passenger side are damaged and the entire unit seems to have a slight sag, but it looked fine on the jeep  Shipping will be free within the continental US.
