Tiger Calculating Machine C0.,Ltd Mechanical Calculator ★ Vintage ★ 5D0425

This machine, nicknamed "Tiger," was a manual mechanical calculator that used a combination of gears to perform arithmetic operations.
In reality, multiplication was replaced by repeated addition, and division by repeated subtraction. "Tiger" was created by Torajiro Omoto around 1924, and was widely used in universities and other research institutes to solve algebraic and differential equations.
Around 1969, with the appearance of inexpensive, small electronic desktop calculators, the Tiger was quickly replaced by the Pocket Calculator.
