It powers on , when play button is pushed light comes on tape does not spin , when FF or REW buttons are pushed light comes on only for few seconds and goes off tape also does not spin (see photos). "Parts or Repair"

Overall Very Good Vintage Physical Condition, Few scratches and scuffs , missing cover hinge screw (see last photo).
