Tested and working. Has cable and cords to connect to TV for viewing or other capture hardware (not included) which can digitize the film. Power is supplied by inserting a battery adapter (pic 5) into the viewcam and pluging the other end into the wall. No actual battery included.

Comes with a random (not mine) 8mm film from 2000.
