Two things you must to check before purchase; 

1: The Model number of you TV is the same as what we have listed above in the title (check sticker on back of TV is the same)

2: Your TV actually works and has not been damaged whilst not on stand.

It costs us a lot of money, time and effort when we sell stands so please check.

This includes all parts needed to connect a stand to your TV

Part comes with a 30 day warranty against breakdown only.

This part is NOT some cheap copy but a genuine Manufacture part

ORDERS

Orders are processed as per the delivery times on the listing.

Please note these are only a guide and not exact times. 

We normally answer most emails within the same working day.

Messages on Saturday or Sunday are answered Monday morning.

We are not being rude, but don't reply to emails asking us to discount to a lower price.

RETURNS

We are happy to have parts back but in this case it is your responsibility to return the item to us at your cost, you can open a return on eBay and select Changed My Mind and type in the reason for return. If items are returned for any other reason than this and we pay for the postage this will then be disputed with eBay and this cost removed from your refund plus an administration charge. 

Returned stands must be in the same original condition packaged as sent with all screws and parts as supplied, within 30 days of purchase, if not no refund will be issued.

ANY PARTS DAMAGED BY POOR PACKAGING ON RETURN WILL NOT BE REFUNDED

DELIVERY'S 

We can only deliver to the address on the sales record and not to another due to eBay rules, if you make a mistake please re-order under the correct address and ask us to cancel this order as soon as possible.
