Hello, for sale a rare collectible antique from circa late 19th. century medicine apothecary silver spoon. Solid silver spoon with mounted on handle human skull jewelled with garnet gemstones in eyes. In my opinion was used with poisons drugs and herbs for cures preparation in past. Marked on back with many silver markings. Excellent preserved spoon with mellow patina due to age.
