If you know you don't require the PCIe slots then the smaller USFF size may be more suitable.

Also if the Case is SFF then the card has to be low profile and preferably fan cooled.
The GTX1050 Ti, A2000 and GTX1650 work great but may require monitoring if the card is pushed hard.
A2000 is best but can have an annoying whine.
