Up for bid is a Wonderful vintage wind whirl for the garden.

It is made of wood, and features a sailor man in a rowboat and the spinning spinners are the paddles.

It is quite old, and a bit weathered, but in great shape except one of the paddle parts. while included, needs to be reattached with a little repair.
